This place is great! Rosario was incredibly helpful, professional, and efficient throughout the car rental process. The entire process took less than 10 minutes, and he explained the pricing clearly with no surprises. Everything was quick, easy, and stress-free. I had a great experience with this car rental company. The booking process was simple, the staff was friendly and professional, and the car was clean, comfortable, and in excellent condition. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Experience – Highly Recommend Rosario R Rent Car!
From start to finish, renting from Robinson and the team at Rosario R Rent Car was one of the smoothest and easiest rental car experiences I’ve ever had.
The communication was outstanding from day one. Robinson contacted me before I even landed in the Dominican Republic, so by the time I arrived, everything was already organized. The pickup process was seamless—I basically just had to sign the paperwork and I was on my way.
We rented a white Honda CR-V, and it was exactly what we needed. It was clean, well-maintained, comfortable, and handled the Dominican roads without any issues throughout our trip.
The return process was just as easy. The rental office is conveniently located, and there’s a gas station directly across the street, making it quick and convenient to fill up before dropping off the vehicle.
One thing to know: bring cash, because cash is king. They also accept Zelle, but it’s good to be prepared. They do place a $1,000 authorization hold on your credit card, which is completely understandable to protect their business. Robinson even sent me the receipt showing that the hold had been released after I returned the vehicle, which I really appreciated. That level of transparency says a lot about how they do business.
To top it off, two other people in my group also rented from Rosario R Rent Car, and they both had the same excellent experience.
If you’re flying into Santiago and need a reliable rental, I can’t recommend Robinson and his staff enough. Professional, honest, organized, and incredibly easy to work with. I will absolutely rent from Rosario R Rent Car again the next time I’m in the Dominican Republic.

Desde el primer contacto hasta la entrega del vehículo, todo el proceso fue impecable. Robinson hizo que todo fuera muy fácil y sin complicaciones.
La comunicación fue excelente desde el primer día. Incluso antes de que aterrizara en la República Dominicana, ya se había comunicado conmigo para coordinar todo. Cuando llegué, prácticamente solo tuve que firmar los documentos y salir manejando.
Alquilamos una Honda CR-V blanca que estaba muy limpia, en excelentes condiciones y manejó perfectamente durante todo nuestro viaje. Fue muy cómoda y respondió muy bien en las carreteras de la República Dominicana.
La devolución del vehículo fue igual de sencilla. Además, hay una estación de gasolina justo al frente de la oficina, lo que hace muy fácil llenar el tanque antes de entregarlo.
Un consejo para quienes alquilen: lleven efectivo, porque el efectivo sigue siendo el rey. También aceptan Zelle. Como medida de seguridad, hacen una retención de US$1,000 en la tarjeta de crédito, algo completamente normal para proteger su negocio. Lo que más me gustó fue que Robinson incluso me envió el comprobante mostrando que la retención había sido cancelada después de devolver el vehículo. Esa transparencia genera mucha confianza.
Además, otras dos personas de nuestro grupo también alquilaron vehículos con Robinson, y ambos tuvieron exactamente la misma excelente experiencia.
Si viajan a Santiago y necesitan alquilar un vehículo, no duden en contactar a Robinson y a todo el equipo de Rosario R Rent Car. Son profesionales, honestos, organizados y ofrecen un servicio de primera.

I would highly recommend and very please with our rental from Rosario R Rent Car. Traveling to the Dominican Republic for the first time with my family felt seamless thanks to their team. Their communication was always clear and prompt. Upon arrival, we simply notified them, and they picked us up right at the airport, drove the short distance to their office, and we were quickly on our way. Our Honda CRV was in great condition, which was a huge relief as we drove two hours to Punta Rucia for sightseeing. As a mom, safety and comfort are my top priorities, and Rosario R Rent Car provided the reliable vehicle we needed to explore and have an unforgettable vacation. Thank you Rosario!

From the moment I was recommended to use Rosario R Rent Car from a friend I was greeted and treated with the upmost respect and professionalism. Rosario and his staff were extremely friendly and answered any questions I had.
